Does laser hair removal hurt?
Most clients find it very comfortable. Our Eneka PRO laser has a built-in cooling tip that keeps the skin cool throughout, so you feel little more than a warm flick.
How many sessions will I need?
Hair grows in cycles, so a course of sessions gives the best, longest-lasting result. The number depends on your hair, skin and the area — we'll talk you through a plan at your consultation. Book 5 sessions and your 6th is free.
Is it safe for my skin tone and hair colour?
The Eneka PRO is a medical-grade diode laser, FDA approved and CE marked, and is designed to treat all skin tones and hair types safely.
Is diode laser better than IPL?
Diode laser usually needs fewer sessions than IPL, is more comfortable thanks to the cooling, and suits a wider range of skin tones and hair types.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Shave the area 12–24 hours before. Avoid sun for 4 weeks and fake tan for 10 days. Don't wax, thread or tweeze for 4 weeks. On the day, no deodorant, lotion or makeup on the area. Full details are on the Treatments page.
What should I do afterwards?
Keep out of the sun and use SPF 50 for 2 weeks, and skip exercise, hot baths and swimming for 48 hours. Aloe vera or a cool pack soothes any redness.
How much does it cost?
