What you send us

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and chosen treatment. You can also provide a phone number, preferred appointment date and time, and a message. Please avoid including sensitive medical information in the message; discuss treatment suitability with Rita at your consultation.

How your enquiry is used

Your details are used to respond to your request, discuss the treatment and arrange a suitable appointment. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking; Rita will contact you to agree a time.

Website enquiries and SalonIQ

Website enquiries are saved through Lovable Cloud for Rita to review in the private owner area. They are separate from SalonIQ, which Rita uses for salon customer and booking records. The Book Online link opens the SalonIQ booking portal, where you should also read the privacy information provided by that service.

Questions about your information

You can contact Rita to ask about the information held about you, request a correction or ask for deletion. For details about how long your enquiry or SalonIQ records are kept, please ask Rita. Use the Contact page or the email address below.

You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
